4o acre Land case in Tenkasi

Dear friends on earth,
                                    I write my first true story happened, happening in my life. In Today's Dinamalar paper, one named Senthamarai kannan had published a notice that he has bought a land of 8 acres near Tenkasi, Tirunelveli, and that is now taken by Jesus Raja through a forged document, and also a FIR been booked against him. To clarify this, I wish to narrate the complete incident from the beginning.

My Father while constructing an engineering college near tenkasi in 1999, he decided to buy this 40 acre cashew farm. So the power agent Mr.P.C.Joseph from Ranni, Kottarakara, who had got power from more than 10 owners of this 40 acre land, sold it to us in 4 docs ( 10 acres each) by registering it in Parassala, Kerala. And thereafter we were been cultivating the land and selling the cashew nuts. In 2009, when we went for a Bank loan against this land, the manager said the land sale deed cannot be accepted, because any land registered outside Tamilnadu after 1997 is not valid. So we discussed with government officials and asked for a solution, and they advised us to re-register the land once again in Tamilnadu.

      So, we went to Mr.P.C.Joseph and requested him to come to Alangulam to register the land once again. Though he was old, he agreed to do so. After registering the land in 2009, we got the Patta, EC and all other  revenue docs and also the land continued to be in our Possession till now.

Until 2011, there was no problem, all of a sudden a person named Senthamarai kannan, writes a petition to the police saying that he bought an 8 acre land from the children of Mr.C.J.Joseph, from Shenkotai, who is no more now. This Person C.J.Joseph, like the several other owners, had given the power to Mr.P.C.Josph, who in turn has sold to us. Now the crookedness of Senthamarai kannan is, he gets a death certificate of C J Joseph saying since he died in 1998, the power doc loses its power, and with that he convinces the daughters of C.J.Joseph and registers the land through them.

We filed a complain in tenkasi court. The case is going on. All of a sudden, Senthamarai kannan, writes a complain letter to SP to register a case against me stating that Jesus Raja had registered an 8 acre land which belongs to me. He says that the original power of attorney is P T Joseph, not P C Joseph. I verified this with the local people, and then panchayat president who was elected 5 times, who still lives, firmly said looking at the photo of P C Joseph, "He is the original power of attorney, he lived in this place for 3 years and then sold it to your father." Then I checked with Mrs.P.C.Joseph regarding the name confusion, and she said from his young age, people and family members call him by two names, P C Joseph & P T Joseph. so the doubt was cleared, but the Alangulam Police without doing any of these enquiries registered a FIR against me. Almost 3 months over, there has not been any enquiry or investigation going on in this case. In spite of a civil case going on in Tenkasi Magistrate court, the police have done this.

Now, the opponent has published a notice hiding the real TRUTH. Is our country a safe place to live for innocent and peace lovers? Where are we heading towards? Our country has seen the most greatest and strongest leaders in the world who can fight without violence? 
When are we going to fight against these Land Mafia? And How? Court, Police, ___?___ .

About "The Truth"

Dear friends on earth,
                                     Today 8-3-2013, I start my new blog "truestory100.blogspot.com" with the title "The Truth", for the world to read the true stories of Innocent people. I wish this be the world's notice board, for the affected people to write and the world to read it and help those affected.

When I mean true stories, I mean the real life stories of thousands of innocent people, who were been cheated by frauds, wrongly punished by the police, fell in a trap, unknowingly made a big mistake, friends or others in jail without doing any wrong, children been kidnapped and mistreated, whatever it may be, if it is really true and want to take it out of your mind, pls write it on this board.

I decided to write this blog to help thousands of people like me who are been affected, but finding no place to tell the truth. What do we do when we get caught in a problem? First we try to speak with them to settle it, if he is a good person he would come for a talk. But mostly problem creators are not good people, all they need is money, they would dare to do anything for money. So now we go to the police to take action to solve the problem. The very simple solution the police does is, write a FIR and keep the file safely in the cupboard. Now we have to go looking for an advocate, who is not bad and who will collect less fees.

Now our case is in the court. One case, one law book, but you have two people arguing for the law book to be in favor of them. One sentence for 2 hours, and the hearing is posted for 2 weeks. Next hearing , there may be boycott, 2 more weeks, advocate is sick, 2 more weeks, new petition, 2 more weeks, there goes the case as slow as the snail. By the time the final verdict comes, the money spend for it would be higher than the actual cost of the problem. But what to do, Truth has to prevail, I am innocent, I need Justice, I need the world to know that I have not done anything wrong.

In this very fast world, there is no one to hear your truth and help you, police, court, Minister, friends, relative, no one is there. We have to carry our own problem by ourself. Now our world, from young to old has found one place to relax, i.e the Internet-Facebook-Blog. So I hope this would be the best place to write our true stories, express our feelings, and feel free.
